Michael first worked as a lawyer in the UK. He joined TILT on the basis of an original PhD research proposal aiming to understand the mutual shaping of hackers & makers and the law. Silent, but also present, Michael studies the Hacker and Maker cultures from within. I’m both Hacker and Maker, Michael slowly gets into hacking: Raspberry Pie rules!
I have worked with Eleni in the early days of the PRIME project, way back in 2005 or 2006. Bright, well organized, hard working, enjoyable character and fun to be with, that’s Eleni. I was so happy when we got her to join TILT in 2012 and I am glad to be working with her on a daily basis ever since and proud she got a Veni in 2014.
